Job Description
Provident Bank is seeking a VP - Relationship Manager II - CRE to lead origination, evaluation, and structuring of complex loan requests and transactions. This role involves portfolio management for senior lenders, cross-selling Bank products, and increasing visibility in the marketplace. It's a less experienced position within the CRE role, focused on growth and customer relationship building.
Requirements
- 3-5 years related within financial industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
- Comprehensive loan analysis experience
- Strong oral, written and communication and management skills
- Proficient with software programs (Microsoft Word, Excel and Argus)
- Comprehensive knowledge of underwriting techniques
