Requirements
- High school diploma (desirable higher education in Administration, Insurance, Nursing, Health Management, or related areas)
- Prior knowledge of the life insurance, health, or benefits market
- Familiarity with underwriting processes will be a differential
- Experience in customer service (phone, email, chat, or systems)
- Good organization, communication, and ability to work with different areas
- Intermediate knowledge of Office package (especially Excel and Outlook)
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with good priority management
