The Corporate Development Analyst will play a key role in supporting Prudential's strategic projects, preparing ad-hoc financial and business analyses for Prudential's leaders, and participating in the execution of the company's mergers and acquisitions activity.
Requirements
- Production of a variety of materials (including presentations, memos, and financial analysis) to inform senior management and facilitate strategic decision-making
- Performing research on and preparation of ad-hoc financial and strategic analyses as part of corporate level projects and M&A transactions
- Regularly engage with business partners and senior leadership across Prudential globally
- Evaluation of potential acquisition and divestiture targets including detailed financial analysis and an assessment of strategic fit
- Coordination of cross functional due diligence to evaluate the risks and opportunities of M&A transactions
- Supporting financial modeling to assess the financial impact of potential acquisitions and divestitures
- Assisting with the management and execution of M&A processes
