Ensure the achievement of recruitment goals of novice agents, retention and productivity of agents and promoters, policies, premiums issued and paid, through the selection and development of commercial partners: Promoters, Promoters in Development (PD) and Agents; implementing the sales methodology and supervision, as well as the creation and execution of commercial strategies focused on internal commercial partners, to achieve the objectives of Recruitment, productivity and indicators of the Subdirector and support the sustained growth of the life business.
