Lead, Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a Lead, Business Systems Analyst to join our Global Technology team. The successful candidate will have expertise in analytics, technology, and business solutions, with excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing transformative self-service capabilities and financial data for developing models and enabling analytical insights that optimize Prudential's portfolio and risk management decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Computer Science or Engineering; Analytics or experience in related fields
• Experience with agile development methodologies and Test-Driven Development (TDD)
• Knowledge of business concepts, tools, and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company's business
• Ability to learn new skills and knowledge on an on-going basis through self-initiative and tackling challenges
• Excellent problem solving, communication, and collaboration skills
• Deep experience and/or expertise with several of the following: Project/Product Management, Effective Communication, Decision-Making & Critical Thinking, Business Acumen, Interpersonal Relationships, Financial Acumen, Analytical Thinking
