Lead, Tech Lead

Lead, Tech Lead role at Prudential, responsible for building capabilities that enable the organization with innovation, speed, agility, scalability, and efficiency. The role involves conceiving architecture and design for complex problems, building and delivering technical solutions, and serving as a guide and mentor on microservices design and development practices.

Requirements

• Demonstrated success in leading technical teams to deliver innovative and high value solutions
• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to deal with ambiguity
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, working with both technical and business stakeholders
• Ability to learn new skills and knowledge on an on-going basis through self-initiative and tackling challenges
• Mastery in at least one programming language with the ability to mentor junior to senior colleague engineers
• Advanced technical experience with microservices architectures, relational and NoSQL database design and development, object-oriented design and development, agile development methodologies
