Job Description
Prudential is seeking a Risk & Compliance Manager to oversee regulatory compliance, assess risks, and design and implement risk and compliance programs. The role requires effective communication, analytical thinking, and ethical integrity.
Requirements
- Develop and implement company policies and processes
- Develop, maintain and monitor the annual compliance plan
- Provide guidance and assistance to business units regarding relevant regulations
- Review existing processes and identify risks to mitigate or eliminate them
- Collaborate with business functions to document controls and oversee compliance
- Assist in monitoring control systems and performing RCSA and control testing
