Job Description
The Senior Manager, Data Analytics role leverages data analytics to provide actionable insights to stakeholders across functions, identifying opportunities for growth, customer acquisition, and retention while fostering a data-driven culture throughout the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Decision Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 12 years’ experience in analytics, business intelligence, or strategy roles with a strong focus on insight generation and business impact
- Knowledge in insurance and financial services is highly preferred
