We're seeking a Senior Analyst, Corporate Functions Solutions Delivery to join our team in Montreal. As a member of the Corporate Functions Solution team, you will support the corporate teams in delivering technological solutions. You'll gather, understand, analyze, and manage business requirements to deliver, improve, and operate viable solutions aligned with the group's directions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or an equivalent field
- A minimum of three (3) to seven (7) years of relevant professional experience in a position as a business analyst or functional analyst
- Strong problem-solving skills, initiative, and demonstrated curiosity to go beyond apparent facts and conduct thorough, factual, and value-added research
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics in an understandable manner to business partners
- Knowledge of integrated management systems (ERP), human resources, or CRM is an asset
- Knowledge of best practices in IT solution design
- Knowledge of SQL query languages is an asset
- Bilingualism: English and French
