We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Infrastructure Investments to join our team in Montreal. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial statements, corporate finance, M&A, and valuation, with experience in financial analysis, accounting, modeling, and transactional experience in consulting, investment banking, financing, investing, or corporate development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an outstanding academic achievement
- One (1) to three (3) years of relevant financial analysis, accounting, modeling, valuation, and/or transactional experience in consulting, investment banking, financing, investing, or corporate development
- Experience in the infrastructure and/or energy sectors, considered an asset
- Strong understanding of financial statements, expertise in financial modeling, excellent analytical skills, and sound critical judgement
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Tools (more specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and financial analytical tools and databases such as Capital IQ and Bloomberg
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain attention to detail with multiple competing deadlines
- Being a team player who enjoys a high-performance culture, ability and desire to coach junior resources
- Good communications skills in English and French (or willingness to learn)
