Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a helpdesk or technical support role.
- Proficiency in SQL for database management and query development.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) tools and ticketing systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a focus on user satisfaction.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
