As a Marketing Communications & Events Intern, you will work closely with the MarCom team to assist with various marketing initiatives aimed at increasing event participation, enhancing media presence, and measuring branding efforts.
Requirements
- Support end-to-end event planning and logistics for tradeshows, user groups, executive dinners, and other marketing events
- Assist in writing and editing press materials, abstracts, speaker bios, and other PR-related content for conferences and media opportunities
- Draft event invitations, post-show summaries, social posts, and email copy in alignment with brand tone and messaging
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, DG, and TS) to ensure consistent event communication and deliverables
- Help track and analyze event performance metrics - registrations, attendance rates, leads, cost per lead, and ROI
- Maintain and update the Marketing Events Calendar and asset libraries
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and event best practices
- Provide onsite or virtual event support, ensuring smooth execution and timely troubleshooting
