Lead Software Developer (m/w/d) (Modernization & Delivery), auch remote in AT

We are looking for a Lead Software Developer (m/w/d) (Modernization & Delivery) to join our team in Europe. Requirements

• Several years of experience as a senior software developer or technical project leader with active development background.
• Fundamental knowledge in at least two modern backend stacks (e.g. PHP/Symfony, Node.js/Next.js,.NET or Spring Boot).
• Safe handling of cloud environments (AWS, Azure or GCP), CI/CD (e.g. GitHub Actions) and infrastructure as code (Terraform).
• Experience in the technical management of project teams with focus on code quality, delivery, and cooperation.
• Understanding of software architectures and modernization patterns.
• Routine in dealing with data migrations and interest in further developing existing systems.
• Joy in direct communication with customers and interdisciplinary teams.
• German at least at C1 level for sovereign communication in the project daily business.
