Job Description
Public Group is seeking a Design & Engineering Manager to lead a team of three architects and designers. This role involves hands-on involvement in shaping customer experience within retail stores, ensuring brand identity, functionality, and innovation. The ideal candidate will contribute to architectural design, collaboration, and project management, aligning with operational objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering (Master’s degree or Civil Engineering background is preferred)
- 4+ years of proven experience in architectural and interior design
- Experience leading or mentoring design teams
- Excellent technical skills in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or 3ds Max
- Strong understanding of construction principles and building codes
- Portfolio demonstrating high-quality retail or commercial design work
- Fluency in Greek and English
- Proficiency in MS Office for project documentation and reporting
