Job Description
Join Public Group as a Junior Financial Analyst and play a key role in analyzing and controlling the performance of the company's channels. You'll support financial monitoring and performance evaluation, preparing reports, analyzing key indicators, and providing insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field; MSc/MBA is a plus
- 2+ years of experience in a financial analyst or FP&A support role
- Experience in Retail or multi-location business is a plus
- Strong knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, lookups, modeling)
- Familiarity with SAP or other ERP/BI tools
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Commercial, methodical and strategic concept
- Ability to work with deadlines and manage multiple requests
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek
