Job Description
Manage routine division operational work, provide administrative and project management support to the division, and provide executive assistant support to Director. Support the division in areas of data preparation, data cleaning, data analysis, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver on project outcomes.
Requirements
- Trained in Statistics, Business Analytics or a related quantitative discipline
- At least 2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply)
- Good analytical and conceptual thinking skills with an eye for detail
- Ability to handle large volume of quantitative data and comfortable with routine work
- Good project planning, organisational, and time management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
- Good stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-starter with a passion for learning new technologies/tools
- Competency in Microsoft office applications
- Experience in using analytics tools (e.g. Excel, R, Python)
- Experience in creating, editing and visualising data using tools (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, QlikSense)
