Job Description
The National Library Board (NLB) is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager to oversee the maintenance and management of its premises. The role involves planning and implementing operational management to optimize maintenance performance, managing Facilities Management Contractors, and ensuring timely response to faults and rectification works.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience with background in Engineering
- Possessed relevant experience in project & contract management, contract specification, management and administration
- Experience in preparing and managing tenders in Public Sector FM or construction related procurement
- Certified Fire Safety Manager, Water Efficiency Manager, knowledge in ACMV, Green Mark Certification, BIM or implementing Smart FM solutions will be an added advantage
