Job Description
The Assistant Director (Capability and Industry) will lead capability development initiatives, monitor industry trends, and develop technology roadmaps to advance the School's goals in capability building and industry engagement.
Requirements
- Relevant qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
- At least 10 years of professional experience in the IT industry, with a strong technical foundation in artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies.
- Proven ability to build and nurture high-performing teams.
- Demonstrated success in capability development, business development, business growth, and technology transformation.
- Extensive experience in developing and deploying IT solutions involving artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies, including leading the creation and launch of artificial intelligence powered services.
- Experience in collaborating with government agencies, research institutes, and industry partners.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills, including the ability to engage senior management, external partners, and internal teams.
