Job Description
Public Storage is hiring a Customer Service - Self Storage Manager to work on-site at their El Monte, CA location. The position offers a total rewards package, flexible schedules, and opportunities for bonuses and career growth.
Requirements
- Ability to transport lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds
- Ability to walk in/around facilities spending up to 50% of time in outdoor environments
- Performing cleaning and daily maintenance tasks
- Ability to drive to multiple properties and perform bank cash deposits
- Ability to work alone and be responsible for opening and closing facilities
- Ability to assist reservation and walk-in customers in renting storage spaces
- Ability to access customer accounts and respond to break-ins and delinquent accounts
- Ability to accurately document customer payments and handle cash handling and deposits
