Job Description
Perform a variety of maintenance tasks, including repair and maintenance, abandoned goods sorting, landscaping, and reporting.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to transport, lift and move items up to 50lbs
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in maintenance or a related field
- Basic knowledge of pest control methods and equipment
- Experience with power washing equipment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn and be proficient in leaning new vendor software applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
