Job Description
Public Storage is seeking a Manager, Data Analytics to lead analytics capabilities for its Real Estate Finance organization. The role will drive the modernization of financial reporting infrastructure, develop advanced analytical models, and build self-service analytics capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
- 6+ years of progressive experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or financial analysis
- Prior experience within a REIT or Storage environment highly desired
- Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, and Business Intelligence Tools
- Experience with data warehouse architecture and data integration concepts
