Job Description
Public Storage, the largest owner and operator of self-storage facilities in the world, is seeking a Real Estate Acquisitions & Development Associate to identify potential development properties, negotiate contracts, and facilitate the acquisition and development of new properties.
Requirements
- B.S. in Business Administration or equivalent and 3+ years of direct relevant experience
- Experience in high-volume sourcing and identification of prospective project sites
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to manage due diligence requirements
- Team oriented and exceptional written and verbal communication skills
