The Refrigeration Hardware Technician Supervisor provides field-level leadership and oversight for Publix’s in-house refrigeration hardware and facilities maintenance operations within an assigned geographic area.
Requirements
- High School diploma or its equivalent
- 3 years working in HVAC, refrigeration, carpentry, automotive, or electrical service OR 3 years in facilities or construction leadership
- General electrical circuit troubleshooting and electrical safety processes
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, extended hours and be on call 24/7 as needed.
- HVAC or Trade school completion or its equivalent
- 5 years working in HVAC, refrigeration, carpentry, automotive, or electrical service OR 5 years in facilities or construction leadership
- EPA Universal Certification
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel
- SAP knowledge
