Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Haematology Oncology Clinical Pharmacist to join our clients team in London, providing specialised pharmaceutical care to patients undergoing haematology and oncology treatments.
Requirements
- Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
- Good clinical knowledge in haematology-oncology speciality
- Experience in verifying and releasing oral and IV SACT (chemo)
- Proficient in patient counselling about SACT and supportive medications
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical practices and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Commitment to continuous professional development and learning
Benefits
- Rate: £20- £25 per hour
- Working hours: Full time, Monday- Friday, 08:30-16:30, 09:00-17:00 or 10:00-18:00
