Job Description

Requirements
- First degree in Pharmacy (Masters) or equivalent
- Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council
- Experience in providing clinical ward pharmacy services
- Expertise in medicines optimisation
- Ability to provide clinical advice to a multidisciplinary team
