Integrated Pest Management Specialist

Purdue University’s Department of Entomology is seeking applicants for the role of Integrated Pest Management (IPM) Specialist. The IPM Specialist will lead an Extension program focused on Integrated Pest Management (IPM) with primary emphasis on IPM in field crops (corn/soybean/small grains), but will also support programs focused on a variety of economically important specialty crops.

Requirements

• Masters degree in Entomology, Biology or related discipline
• 2 years of experience in extension and engagement programming as evidenced by development and delivery of in person and online program content
• Demonstrated experience with scientific writing
• Strong oral and written communication skills
