Requirements

• 18 months of custodial experience
• Completed Building Services Custodial Development Program or enrolled within 90 days of hire
• Ability to supervise and train small groups
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Knowledge of policies and procedures regarding building maintenance and security
• Working knowledge of power and non-powered floor care equipment
