The Purdue Athletics Event Management Department is seeking motivated Purdue students to assist with the coordination and execution of Purdue Athletic events throughout the academic year.
Requirements
- Assist with the management and operations of home athletic events and special events.
- Serve as a team host for visiting teams, officials, and Big Ten/NCAA personnel
- Support guest services, event staff operations, game-day crowd management, and parking operations.
- Coordinate with various departments within Purdue Athletics.
- Assist with event setup and tear-down, including managing volunteers.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and respond promptly and professionally to guest concerns.
- Provide accurate and clear information to fans and stakeholders.
- Assist with office and administrative duties, as needed.
- Work outdoors and in varying weather conditions when required.
