Requirements
- Previous experience in a hygiene or sanitation leadership role within food manufacturing (bakery experience desirable)
- Sound understanding of food safety management systems, including HACCP and BRC standards
- Strong knowledge of COSHH and chemical safety management
- Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills
- Able to work flexibly across shifts when required
