Requirements

• Significant field sales leadership experience in Data Center or core IT infrastructure (typically 8+ years)
• Proven track record recruiting, developing, and empowering diverse talent
• Strength in enterprise selling disciplines: strategic account planning, executive access, value/ROI, and partner leverage
• Operational command: disciplined pipeline creation, forecast accuracy, and data‐driven decision‐making
• Excellent communication (German and English), executive presence, and cross‐functional influence
