Job Description
Pure Storage is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the strategy, execution, and lifecycle of subscription-based product features. This role requires a blend of strategic vision, operational rigor, and cross-functional leadership to ensure customer-centric outcomes, successful market adoption, and measurable business growth. The ideal candidate will shape product direction, define metrics for success, and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in Product Management, Subscription Strategy, or GTM Operations roles.
- 5-10 years experience providing requirements to CPQ/Subscription/Asset Management Systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience coaching or leading junior PMs.
