Business Development Director, DACH

PureSpectrum is seeking a Business Development Director to grow its business within the market research sector in Berlin. The ideal candidate will be able to successfully build a sales funnel, prospect and close new clients by providing product expertise and advice to support new customers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of sales experience in the market research or equivalent industry
• Fluent in German and English (speaking/writing)
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education/professional experience
• Self-motivated and ambitious desire to exceed sales targets
• Excellent and effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong follow-through skills
• Well-developed time management and multi-tasking skills
• Solid judgment and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of project management tools and concepts
• Experience providing outstanding customer care and support in a software or tech environment
• Strong analytical aptitude, results-oriented mindset with great attention to detail
• Proficiency with MS Word & Excel and familiarity with CRM based solutions (i.e, Pipedrive, Salesforce, NetSuite, etc.)
