Project Management Intern

PureSpectrum is seeking Project Management Interns to join our Services team. As an Intern, you will provide excellent customer service to our clients and be responsible for the timely execution of projects from launch to completion.

Requirements

• Graduate or Postgraduate from any reputed University
• Strong ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and internal platforms
• Solid judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and provide effective solutions
• Ability to find innovative solutions to address client and project needs
• Proficient in Windows, Ms Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.), any text editor is a must
• Experience with advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and other commonly used formulas
• Demonstrated curiosity and a continuous learning attitude
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster positive relationships across teams and with clients
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including night shifts, as part of a global team
