PureSpectrum is a rapidly growing market research and insights platform seeking a proactive and dynamic Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join their exceptional team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or similar discipline from any recognized University.
- 5+ years of Proven experience as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer, with a focus on testing web and mobile applications.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, processes and best practices - including Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) using Gherkin syntax.
- Strong knowledge in automation frameworks for API and UI testing. Hands-on experience with testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Cypress, Postman.
- Familiarity with defect tracking systems and test management tools.
- Experience in creating automated test pipelines in a CI/CD environment.
- Experience working directly with databases, particularly MongoDB, to perform data testing, integrity validation, and write queries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Previous experience in Agile or Scrum development environments and functional in JIRA is advantageous
