Job Description
Purple Land Management (PLM) is seeking a detail-oriented Landman to join their team. This role focuses on title research, ensuring accuracy and consistency in research and documentation, while supporting project management efforts. The ideal candidate is proficient in title research, online records, and reporting.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience analyzing title opinions and researching county records to track leasehold transactions.
- AAPL membership.
- Proven ability to meet daily and weekly deadlines while managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs).
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat.
