Job Description
Purple Land Management, LLC is seeking a Title Abstractor Landman to work on projects in West Virginia and Morgantown, WV. This is a role requiring research, analysis, and production of information for clients in the oil and gas industry. Candidates must be self-motivated, organized, and committed to meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Research county records to determine surface and mineral ownership
- Analyze and document research results for submission to the client
- Meet deadlines and balance multiple priorities
- Communicate professionally with all levels of management and clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; specifically, Excel and Word
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat
