Bi-Lingual Collections Agent (Remote)

Purpose Financial, Inc. is seeking a Bi-Lingual Collections Agent to contact and negotiate with customers to collect payment on overdue loans. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, and a high school diploma or GED. A minimum of one year call center experience and three years of collections experience are required, with a background in a fast-paced work environment a plus.
