Consumer Lending Sales Specialist (CLSS) is a performance-based, hands-on role focused on delivering exceptional customer service while achieving individual and branch sales goals. The CLSS actively contributes to branch success by meeting performance metrics defined by management and participating in marketing and collection efforts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• One year of experience in sales, retail, banking, or collections preferred
• Strong math skills, including the ability to count cash
• Professional verbal communication by phone and in person
• Ability to read, write, evaluate, and apply complex and detailed information
