Purpose Financial is an innovative consumer financial services company seeking a Director, Data Science - Lead Generation to own the data science strategy powering Ping tree and offer wall-based consumer loan acquisition.

Requirements

• Own data science strategy for ping tree and offer wall lead generation
• Lead a team that builds and optimizes models predicting conversion, approval, funding, loss, and lifetime value
• Drive real-time lead valuation, routing, and acceptance logic
• Design and execute A/B testing frameworks across acquisition funnels
• Evaluate new lead sources and traffic types in partnership with Marketing
• Partner cross-functionally to align acquisition with underwriting and portfolio guardrails
• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership
