The Product Owner is a key strategic role responsible for guiding the vision, development, and success of platform and digital products across the enterprise.
Requirements
- Define Product Vision: Establish and communicate a clear product vision aligned with business objectives.
- Manage Product Backlog: Full ownership of managing, grooming, and prioritizing the product backlog in alignment with business objectives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with customers, business leaders, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
- User Story Development: Write detailed, clear, and actionable user stories and epics, incorporating technical requirements and constraints.
- Sprint Planning & Review: Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Quality Assurance: Review and accept completed work, ensuring it meets quality standards and business requirements.
- Performance Monitoring: Track product performance and progress toward strategic goals using KPIs and user feedback.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve conflicts or obstacles that may hinder product development.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in technical discipline such as Business, Engineering, STEM, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in product management or a closely related role.
- Knowledge: Technical background with an understanding of system architecture, APIs, cloud technologies, databases, and software development practices.
