Director of Accounting, Financial Operations

Join Pushpay as the Director of Accounting, Financial Operations, leading a high-performing Accounting Operations team and reporting to the CFO. This role involves managing day-to-day operational accounting processes, partnering with senior stakeholders, and driving efficiency and best practices across the Accounting function. The ideal candidate has 'Big Four' training, strong people leadership experience, and technical expertise in accounting operations and finance transformation.

Requirements

• CA or CPA qualified
• 6–8 years of post-qualification experience in large, complex businesses with global exposure
• Strong accounting capability, proven people leadership and stakeholder management experience
• Autonomous, driven, and self-directed
• Demonstrated initiative, innovation, and sound judgement in solving complex issues
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively across multiple teams and partner at a senior level
• US accounting experience is highly desirable
• Technology savvy, with experience in Zuora, Salesforce, NetSuite, ADP, and Ramp considered a strong advantage
