Puzzel is a leading provider of cloud-based contact centre solutions, empowering businesses to deliver exceptional customer service. We're looking for a Senior Backend Developer to join our Conversational Intelligence team and work on building and evolving scalable backend systems, data pipelines, and APIs to turn customer conversations into structured, actionable insights.
Requirements
- 5 years of backend development experience working on an in-house SaaS product
- Proven experience building and maintaining large-scale distributed systems or data-heavy applications
- Strong proficiency in C# or another modern backend language such as TypeScript or Java
- Solid understanding of system design, API development, and microservice architecture
- Effective communication skills in English and a collaborative mindset
