Requirements
- Develop and execute the merchandising strategy for women's Underwear/Sport
- Conduct market analysis and identify trends, consumer preferences, and opportunities
- Partner with global merchandising/design for assortment creation
- Monitor seasonal OTB and ensure alignment with financial targets
- Prepare market presentations and analyze sales performance
