We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with focus on AI-driven projects. The role involves collecting and analyzing processes, designing workshops, and supporting the definition and documentation of requirements. The ideal candidate has a background in business informatics, computer science, or a similar field, with knowledge of process collection and analysis, requirement gathering and documentation, and agile project management methods. Excellent German and English skills are also required.

Requirements

• Current or completed studies preferably with a focus on business informatics, computer science or a similar field of study
• Knowledge of process collection and analysis as well as requirement gathering and documentation
• Familiarity with agile (Scrum) and classical project management methods (Wasserfall) as well as understanding of software development processes
• Excellent German and very good English skills
• GitHub and Kanban board experience or interest
• Openness and strong communication skills as well as team ability and self-initiative
