Job Description
Pylon is building a small but ambitious product in the mortgage space and is seeking a Full Stack Product Engineer to join their team. This role involves building and maintaining the user interface for loan officers, managing loans, and potentially influencing technical direction. Requirements
- 6-10 years of software engineering experience or 4+ years in a product organization role.
- Strong full-stack web development skills (Lit, NestJS, TypeORM).
- Comfortable with complex domains, design, and user experience.
- Ability to see end-to-end and make decisions under uncertainty.
- Strong opinions and confidence to defend them.
