Job Description
Pylon is rebuilding mortgage infrastructure from the ground up. We are hiring a Technical Oversight - Post Closing to own loan delivery, purchase timelines, and post-closing issue resolution across our investor and whole-loan channels.
Requirements
- 7+ years of post-closing and investor delivery experience
- Proven experience independently managing delivery, suspense, and rebuttals across multiple investors
- Prior role as an escalation point for delayed purchases, delivery disputes, or investor exceptions
- Experience designing, improving, or rebuilding post-closing and delivery workflows
- Strong working knowledge of LOS platforms and investor delivery portals
- Ability to track, analyze, and report on delivery performance metrics and cash timing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail, strong judgment, and a bias toward ownership and accountability
