Job Description
Pyramid is seeking a BPM Sr. Developer/ Lead with 7+ years of IT experience and 4+ years in BPM to lead client engagements and drive the analysis, design, and implementation of BPM projects. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with Appian, designing complex BPM solutions, and leading teams of 4-10 people.
Requirements
- 7+ years of IT experience
- 4+ years of experience in BPM
- Experience working with Appian
- Hands-on experience with designing complex BPM solutions
- Experience leading teams of 4-10 people
- Proven process mapping, process improvement, and BPM design skills
- Good knowledge of BPM, EAI, and SOA design patterns, best practices, and design principles
- Java, J2EE, middleware, ESB skills
- Good communication skills
