Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Energy, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in managing grid connection processes and working with Distribution or Transmission System Operators (TSO/DNO)
• Strong technical expertise in grid-sharing agreements, evacuation infrastructure, and risk assessment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
