Q ENERGY is a European green energy company seeking a Working Student to support Sourcing managers, Legal and other Departments for the preparation of Supply Agreements, contract negotiation, and more.
Requirements
- Support Sourcing managers, Legal and other Departments for the preparation of the Supply Agreements
- Align the supply agreement to the main EPC and to the internal requirements
- Take part to the contract negotiation with the main Suppliers
- Support the prequalification of the Suppliers
- Insert the Contracts and PO in the company Digital Management System
- Contribute to the creation of internal R&R and Sourcing processes
- Provide support to the Project and Construction Management team during project execution for extra orders and claim management
