- Identify, establish, and standardize the coordination of Subsea repair execution activities
- Foster relationships with third-party inspection, construction, and maintenance service providers
- Develop repair execution contracts and agreements
- Ensure compliance with company systems and processes
- Develop and lead the EPRS Club's comprehensive response and repair management system
- Develop a comprehensive plan for EPRS repair works
- Review and enhance EPRS Club work plans
- Implement a quality management approach
- Take a leading role in Constructability Reviews, Risk Assessments, Job Safety Analysis, and incident investigations
